Freshwater Theatre Company is committed to the production and development of fresh plays and supporting budding playwrights, with an emphasis on work from playwrights living and working in the Midwest.

If you would like to submit a script for consideration in future Freshwater Theatre seasons, please email a copy to submissions@freshwatertheatre.com along with your contact information and a full production history for the script.  While we are open to premieres, we value the second production as highly as the first.

We will only contact playwrights whose work we are seriously considering for production, and cannot give any specific time frame as to when this communication will occur.
